Each premium template and custom domain is a separate monthly subscription. Cancel anytime with no penalties - you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How Subscriptions Work
Subscription Lifecycle
Active Subscription
Your premium features are active and working. You have full access to your premium template or custom domain.
Billing: Renews monthly. You'll receive a reminder 7 days before expiration.
Renewal Reminder
7 days before renewal, we'll email you with payment instructions and the amount due in your chosen cryptocurrency.
Action: Complete payment before renewal date to maintain uninterrupted service.
Grace Period (3 Days)
After renewal date, you have 3 days to complete payment. Your features remain active during this time.
Warning: Features will be suspended if payment isn't received within 3 days.
Suspended
If payment isn't received within the grace period, your premium features are suspended. Your project reverts to free template or Tokly subdomain.
Recovery: Complete payment anytime to reactivate your subscription.

Renewing Your Subscription
Monthly Renewal Process
Renewals are manual with cryptocurrency payments:
7 Days Before Renewal
We send you an email reminder with:
- • Renewal date
- • Amount due in USD
- • Payment instructions
- • Cryptocurrency options
Payment Window
Complete payment anytime before or during grace period:
- • From 7 days before renewal date
- • Until 3 days after renewal date (grace period)
- • Use any accepted cryptocurrency
Automatic Extension
Once payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your subscription is automatically extended for another month.
Pro Tip: Pay early to avoid any service interruption. You can pay up to 7 days in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pause my subscription?
There's no pause option. You can cancel and reactivate later. Your customizations are saved for premium templates if you reactivate within 90 days.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
Your project data is preserved. If you cancel a premium template, your project reverts to a free template. All content, settings, and customizations remain intact.
Can I switch premium templates?
Yes! You can switch to a different premium template anytime from your project settings. The new template subscription starts immediately, and the old one is canceled. No double billing.
What if I forget to renew?
You have a 3-day grace period after your renewal date. After that, your premium features are suspended. You can reactivate anytime by making a payment.
Do renewal prices change?
Monthly subscription prices may adjust based on market conditions. You'll be notified of any price changes before your next renewal.
Can I get a discount for annual payment?
Currently, we only offer monthly billing. Contact support if you're interested in longer-term payment options.
